Hello
I have account no for PM,Sim no, email id and i know my name as well. And now the problem is i tried to activate my sim on 19th Nov for Fall plan but i could not activate that and since that day i didn't get any response even after private messages to MOD. And now my freedom account is not in service as well and i am in the middle of no where. Please help me

i suggest you try PM again, as it has been 20 days now, and it appears your message may have been lost.
hopefully you can get the help quickly, as it's been 20 days since your first message.

@Wa, in the post above your last post, left click on Shazia's name. In the new webpage, look to the right for Send a Private Message.
this will go too all moderators, so some one can assist.
include your sim number, your PM number if assigned yet (or port in number), and a description of your issue.
