I woke up this morning to a phone that did not work. My on-line account profile says " Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactivate your current plan. " My account page shows I am signed up for Autopay, not sure why my plan would be expired. Can you fix this issue please. I use my phone for work and cannot be down for a full day. A quick response would be greatly appreciated.

it is not uncommon for the payment bug to occur. The mods will help you out.

Are you sure your credit card on file had not expired? If it is, you can update the card info and then make a payment. Otherwise, looks like you'll need moderator help.
