Did you buy a sim and have a retailer activate it? There are 2 ways to create an account.

If you want to get your account number in order to port your number to another provider, you can get it from
1. your self-serve account or
2. the PM welcome email after you activation.
If you had enabled the autopay, it is better to create your self-serve account to remove your autopay credit/debit card info from your account before port out your PM number. Your account will be canceled after number ported out and you are no longer be able to login to your account again.

Are you asking for your account number because you want to port out? That's usually the reason to want this. If there's any issue with the service, please feel free to ask questions and maybe things can be sorted out.

hi you need to activate a self serve account if you signed up online then you have one already
