So my account just renewed and I also just changed my plan to for more data and after topping up the funds on my account, I have no service (Data or Cellular). My account is showing as active with no balance owing. Is it normal to take a little time for a change to take effect or is something going on. I have mad no changes to my APN settings and have been with PM for a year+.

I just activated a new SIM card last night and I am feeling buyers remorse.
It seems PM is not that reliable after all.
This is the first issue I have run into since joining, otherwise I have found them very reliable. Wonder if its just the time of year.

I have reboot multiple times, reset APN settings. Still nothing

Have you tried power cycling your phone? This is sometimes required to get things properly setup.
