I ported from Rogers to Public this morning. Everything was successful but I am not getting any network. My phone is asking for a QR code but I am also not able to get the QR code because it is asking for a verification code which is sent to my number but I am not getting any message because I don’t have any network. Can you help me get a QR code. @CS_Agent

Did you use the PM app to activate and got to the last Step? Check your phone's sim manager and see if the eSIM is there 

Or if you need PM to check, open a ticket
