I'm hoping someone can help me with this!!

 

I tried activating my SIM card, and everything worked up until the last page.  I got a message that read "Sorry, your activation has failed." but it gave me an account number and everything.  I don't know what to do from here!!  I can't try registering my card again because my SIM number is now invalid since it seemed to have gone through but nothing is happening on my old phone or my new phone.  My old phone is still working with my old carrier.  

 

Hope someone can help!

Also it's still saying they can't verify my selfserve account!!

I got another email saying thanks for becoming a customer, with it also saying my pin was verified and my card would be charged tomorrow.  Do you know if that means that it will start working tomorrow?

I'll tag @Shazia_K she should be able to help you out. It wouldn't hurt to phone the 800# on the back of your card, just to see if the charge went through.

I haven't seen the charge appear yet, and I thought I made an account, but it won't let me sign in. It's saying that my account isn't recognized.

You can have issues activating if there are problems with the port. IE. information could have been inputted incorrectly. Or sometimes there are issues with ports from certain companies like wind. You should simply e-mail public's customer service and they will reply within 24-48 hours. They fixed my port and my issues for the same problem. Good luck!
