I have an LG flip phone and I cannot get access to the network. What do I do?

I'm assuming that phone is unlocked and can call but you cannot mms or use data:

I suggest you contact moderators with your make model and IMEI and ask them to push APN settings through SMS. This is the only thing that worked for me when in older stubborn phones that refuse to connect no matter how I change my apn settings. I had issues with lg and once even with Nokia

How old is your LG flip phone?

Which provider were you using before PM using this LG flip phone?

Some old flip SIM card phone provided by Rogers supports GSM(2G) signal only.  PM does not support GSM(2G) signal.

PM uses 3G signal for voice calls.  This may be the reason that your LG flip phone cannot access PM network.

Please provide your LP phone model and we will verify whether your LG phone will work with PM or not.

Do you get a message or anything on your phone?

If you're new and put sim in does it say a message like sim network unlock pin?

If you been here awhile what does your account status say?
