hi there I losot my phone and now I need to activate my new Sim card the issue now is I can't access either email on my profile or receive SMS to receive the verification code. what should I do?

you cannot change your Account email address yourself. You have to open ticket with PM support and ask them to change it for you

Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.
