*611 not working

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.
That pops up every time I try to go to my account via the internet, and it says busy try later every time I call *611 from my phone. Any suggestions?

The system was down, probably needed reset. It is back working now.
