yesterday I opened new phone number with $15 plan, but sale asked pay 15+tax for the first month, when can I get $5 off

@Yiruwang within 30 days the $5 will appear in your account. And it will be applied in months 2 to 9

@Yiruwang Within 30 days. You will receive it for months 2-9 of your plan service. First month, there is no discount.
