I’m paying for 4G, and only have 3G showing on my phone. Any ideas why? Is there a big difference? How do I correct this?

check and make sure your phone is not set to 3g, set to lte, then it will only go to 3g if there is no lte/4g. That setting is in the settings app

All of Public Mobile's plan allow access to the same networks. It's becoming important to be using LTE as eventually the 3g network will be shutdown. Your phone being stuck on 3g coudl be the result of it being an older device. Which phone model do you have?
