Only way is to check in your account. Go to Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. It will list all plans you are eligible to switch to. Plans are different for each members.
I have the $35 plan with 75gb data Canada/USA/Mexico plan in my account.
Remember to switch on your next renewal date. If you switch NOW, you will be charged for both plans and there are no prorated refund for unused days on old plan.
