11 days incomplete port

Hi @mods

Its been 11 days and my port is still incomplete. I can't receive any incoming calls. I opened a service ticket (#3917-9132) on the same day and PM'd a mod and still no reply. It should be a quick fix. Please respond/help me complete the port.

If you haven't already try twitter apparently they have had a pretty quick response there.
