@aoganes did you join prior to January 2015? Have you changed plans since then, or are you still on the original plan? If you're on your original plan from before Jan 2015, those are called "Legacy" plans, and are not eligible for rewards, because the plans are already significantly cheaper than the currently available plans. This is why you are not receiving rewards. You could change to a current plan to gain rewards, but you'd likely end up paying quite a bit more and would lose access to the call centre support in the process, so it's likely not worth it.
On the other hand, if you signed up or got on your current plan after jan 2015, please follow @ShawnC13's directions to contact the moderator team for support.
