Thanks for the info. It turned out to be helpful in restoring my suspended account. Also, just to let people know, the MODERATORS WERE VERY HELPFUL and provided timely assistance. Account restored in less than a day.

@mrjosh Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET). Response is generally within few hours, but may take 24.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
Hang in there; it will get sorted.

Hi mods,
My renewal was supposed to happen on May 5th. I am on auto pay, I cannot make phone calls or text. Can someone look into this?
