This is a public forum so if you don't want your number out there you may want to edit your post.  I do not consider that private info but have edited it out of my reply.  Is your plan set to renew or just renewed? Did your phone just do any updates, tried power cycling your phone?  If none of that worked you will need to message a moderator.  Note they are experiencing a heavier work load right now and could take longer to reply.

Hi! If you want to reach the PM employees and include personal information, you can most likely send a private message to one of the employees. Does your phone also have dual sim? If so, try swapping the sim to the second slot and see if that works. As well, you can try changing between LTE and 3G in your settings to see if you receive anything.

Hello, 

 

please ensure not to post personal information on the website. My recommendation is to turn off the phone and try rebooting it. If this doesn't work then try turning off the device, removing the sim card and re-inserting. Then power back on. Is the phone unlocked to be able to use on public mobile? If this doesn't work please try the sim in another device and see if it works.
