Hi fellow Community-goers!
As a result of your feedback, we’ve identified an intermittent issue with regard to duplicate or incorrect charges being applied to credit card payments. If you have experienced this issue, please message us here on the community, and we’ll reach out to you directly.
A big thank you to those who have let us know about the issue. We are working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Stay tuned for updates - we'll post them here.
In the meantime, you have our promise that we’ll make it right. Customers will be fully credited for any amount overcharged.
Update: We've fixed the problem and are happy to report that all customers who were impacted will receive a full refund on their card. Mission accomplished. Keep us posted, so we can help make it right.
