Community Notifications Delay

Hi Community,

 

There might be a slight delay in getting Community notifications for things like bravos, post replies...etc.

 

We are working with Lithium to have the issue resolved ASAP.

@danielj probably not--the system outage affects the self-serve site but did not mention a community outage.  They are separate systems.

Wonder if this is related to the System Maintenance - October 14, 10:00 pm ET to October 15, 7:00 am ET? Je me demande si cela est lié à la maintenance du système - 14 octobre, 22h00 ET jusqu'au 15 octobre, 07h00 ET?

Not sure if this is tongue in cheek (you are a Mayor after all!), but... You can manage your notifications in your profile settings.

My settings -> Subscriptions & Notifications -> Notification Settings

I’m being tagged too many times tonight.... how do I mute all notifications...  I’ve already subscribed to the digest, but a mention notice is emailed every time.

thanks for the update, was wondering why I wasnt receving any notifcations

Looks like its fixed.  Started getting notifications now.

Thanks Jeremy.  We were experiencing this on the weekend as well I think it was.  I noticed my count went up but couldn't find out who it was or what thread.

Thanks for the acknowledgement,  @Jeremy_M.  

It was down yesterday around this time as well.  Been fairly quiet the last couple of hours again.  I am sure they will sort it out soon.
