Phone Plan Price Increase

I have been with Public Mobile for some time now and had always payed $20 for my phone plan. The price for my plan has suddenly increased to $30 and I was wondering why? And, who can I speak to about resolving this issue?

Resolved! Do the loyalty credit amounts ever reset?

If you change your plan or add/remove add-ons does this reset the clock? Does PM care about anything besides the "any in-market" plan condition? Like if in 1 year down the line I change from basic T&T to Unlimited T&T for example. Thank you.

Resolved! Do the data add-on's left-overs build indefinitely?

From the other topics I can see that extra data rolls over, but if I never use an entire month's worth of data will it continue to grow indefinitely? Or does the rollover data expire at some point (such as the following month?). Thank you.
