Resolved! Plan is expired, can't make phone calls

Today I signed into my account and seen that my plan was expired when I tried to make a phone call the automated message said that I do not have an active plan on my account. I have no outstanding bill so I don't know why my plan is expired.

Phone number change - New account just registered

Auto Pay

I am on auto pay for 2 phones on my Visa Card. Every month 1 phone bill is deducted from my Visa, the other phone is also on auto pay but the money is not withdrawn and I loose my service untill I manually pay online . Whats up?

I joined public mobile yesterday but I have not had access to my phone yet, it notes network unavailable. Do I have to configure something? By inserting the SIM card, it says that the IPhone is not activated, but it is.
