Resolved! Switching from old public rewards program

On the app it says I will get 1 point for each month that I have been with public mobile, but in the new communication it says the welcome reward is only 5 points. Was this previous benefit removed?

Resolved! Can’t resume activation.

I’m trying to switch to Public but I encounter an error when I go to ‘resume activation’. There is no error code, only ‘XXXX’ is displayed. I’ve been trying for three days now.
