I think that might be a problem with the dealer, maybe try contacting them and it might help?

Try sending a private message to one of the moderators they may be able to help better this way for sure

This may be because of the way the wifi system is set up. If you are using an iphone it may be unable to send due to imessage so you may want to disable that and then try sending with data turned on
