From what I understand I need the user name of a mediator to private message them to get my sim P.U.K code. If so could someone help me with a username please.
Yes it is the puk sim network locked and I phoned them to see if they could help but they told me I need to get the puk code from my service provider which I'm trying to do as we speak.
I tried phoning Samsung and they told me if I had the rest of the card my sim came in the puk is on that somewhere, otherwise I needed to get my puk code from my service provider. Thank you though.
