Can not see or add "+". Deleting is not possible. I am in the edit page as said before nothing can be done. When pushing the three dots i get save and discard. when pushing either one of them nothing happens.My network mode is:lTE/TDSCDMA/GSM/WCDMA.

Internet works with mobil data on and wifi off. Rebooting does not help.Still can't get picture messages.
