Hello, I Tired to change my plan to the $60 traveller plan . I added the required amount to my account but for some reason it renewd my old plan and i think i am charged twice. Can someone look into my account and let me know.
My plan will be renewed on August 5, but I have paid for my data now, because my data has finished before the due date. I’m still waiting for my data to be activated but it is not working. Can anyone help me out in this regard?
