I think they cancelled it already ..every time i dial *611 it say my phone is not registered on networhso what shoul i do

This number was purchase last march 2019 and from that time I didn't load it and then later on cannot receive a messages and incoming call. So what will i do...do i need to change my phone number ?pls help
