Have u tried looking at these things-Did u forget to pay ur bill?-Are u in a romot area were there is no service?-Try restarting ur phone or a do it a couple of times-u could take ur sim out and put it back in?-try a friend or family members SIM card...
HAve you tried to dial *611 on your device, you should able to make a payment using the automated phone service. In order to make a payment using the automated phone service, you need to have a payment voucher or a registered credit card. good luck.
