I just purchased a 1G Data Add-On for $30.I saw that the $30 was added to my Balance but I don't see anything in my Add-On page.I'm running low of data but If I can't get it, how can I get back my money?

Hi srlawren,I confirmed my purchase in step 2.1. However, I didn't see the message in Step 2.2. saying success.And there was nothing listed under My Add-Ons as per 2.3 after that.
