Hello here is how you do this.Steps:Login to your accountClick on Plan and Add-onsChange Sim CardEnter the new/used 19 digit number under the barcode that says SIM Card #Click SubmitNow it should work with your plan.
A new email address that has not been used for public mobile is all you will need to get this deal plus the new sim card. As far as I can see they do not track by street addresses.
