We did everything there but it still rejected the information provided! I need help. We have three phone numbers on Fido. The main account holder stays active and the two subsequent accounts I would like to port over. Please help!
Hi there,I am new to Public Mobile. We are trying to port over existing phone number from Fido but it won't allow us to. Can you please help me? I can provide the account number of Fido, SN # etc. It just won't let us move the number! HELP!!!
