The $1 trick didn't work and whenever I try the lost/stolen trick it gives me this 

I've been with public mobile for less than a month. And to be honest unless this is resolved soon I'll be asking for advice on how to cancel my account. I've never made a call with this SIM card.

 

I havent used any minutes of talk. Since purchasing I havent been able to make any calls nor can I even receive calls.
