My data was not working for the longest time, try and update your phone as well if you have an iPhone, that was the only thing that worked for me after talking to a moderator for quite some time
It should appear after your 13th cycle, otherwise you can open a ticket and communicate with a moderator in your private messages, they are very helpful and respond very quick!
