New phone loads the wrong APN

My phone loads Telus APN instead of PM APN. So data doesn't work .Android 8.1 APN is not modifiable and cannot add a new one. Help?

Thanks, but still not able to add or modify APN with that app. Android is becoming big brother, what happened to open source software?

My phone loaded the Telus APN instead of public mobiles. And having android 8.1 it is not changeable. What can I do?
