I can log into my account, but when I go to order a replacement SIM it wants me to log in again https://store.publicmobile.ca/account/login but it doesn't recognize my email address for even a password recovery.
I waited for 20 minutes for the guy just to talk to me about what I wanted at Walmart, then he would not sell me a SIM card unless I activated on the spot. I told him it was a replacement SIM and he told me I would have to sign up a new account. I le...
