I have been paying for this plan not knowing that the plan doesn't include US roaming service. When I visited US my phone stopped working and I couldn't even use the data I have been paying for. Does Public mobile Canada&US plan really works???

I just bought a new phone which is not compactible with my old SIM card, how do I change or activate my new sim card keeping the same number and plan? Thanks
