Does not resolve the issue, it's not cookies or session data and has persisted for a week. And in any case, why would any stale session data or cookies cause this bizarre error? This should simply not happen in any case.
this is after you enter your email address twice (never asks security question): if you then enter your security answer into this dialog, it just throws an error and says please log in again.
