Sometimes this happens the day the payment comes out before the actual payment is received.  Should not be for a long period of time.

You can choose if you want it to take place right away or wait for your next pay cycle.

Just want to clear this one up. So if I am in the u.s I can make calls and text as well as being in canada I can call the u.s?

I only buy second hand phones. I guess I have been lucky to not get ripped off. Maybe try eBay or amazon.

Buy a used one off the internet. Maybe Kijiji, Amazon or even eBay. You may find a better deal this way. Make sure it is unlocked.
