Can still get $0 next 30 days promo after changing plan? Activated $10 plan for $0 next 30days promo

 today at store. Changed plan to $30 right after. I thougth I could see $30 available funds in my account. However, my available funds is $0. Can I still get the $0 deal or I've lost it? I'm new to PM. Please help.
