I varified my self and the team sent a code but my key pad won't physically show ( : ) The dot dot . and it said the code was 1:******* (just an example Tue starts are numbers . iv tried just the numbers it won't unlock
I have the 15 number pin . But I locked my self out before I got it . I thought it was the phone lock and was typing my pass in . Till it shut me out and asked for the puk . Now I need puk . I have a private message no answers yet
I finally figured out how to message them . But it should be much simpler .. and yes I put in my password a bunch of times . And it was the network code it wanted . So I locked me out
