New subscriber stuck in “sos only”

I’m a new subscriber and I’ve been stuck on sos only for over 12 hours with no service. No response from public mobile support. Anybody have any advice?

I have got a reply now. they sent a new esim and it appears to have fixed the issue. no service since 340pm mountain yesterday sure sucks though.

I’ve had a ticket created since about 14hrs ago but not getting any help through that. Should I open another?
