just moved over to Public. My phone is still showing both carriers. I can phone and use data. I can receive text but can not sende. RCS chat is turn off and says it is disabled. now what.
yes just reported to the porting. Will try removing the physical SIM instread of turning off and see if it changesi am trying now to phycially remove the card and see if this works
I disable the first sime from my old carrier. when i call my old carrier is says it no longer has the number. Unsure if i should physically remove the SIM?
did not work. when i disable my old sim, reboot phone I still cannot turn on the RCS texting. Can not send text and calls go driectly to voice mail. Had to turn on the sim again so that I can receive calls.
