Broken phone - can't access texts to make changes

My phone is broken and I can't access the texts at my number to receive 6 digit EverSafe ID.How else can I receive this EverSafe ID and/or transfer the acct to a new phone? If I can't find/purchase a new phone, how can I cancel my acct?Thank you.

sorry - yes, "resend code" is there... the options aren't.

Thank you for your response - the option of "didn't get the code" isn't there. No access to the phone for voicemail, unfortunately.
