SOS no signal

Me and two others in the same household all are not getting a cellular signal in and around our home, if we drive 5-10 minutes away from our home area we get excellent signal strength. When we have no signal, it just says SOS. Please help

I checked for an outage but I don’t see any. There has to be something wrong with the cell tower

A total of three phones, all on Public Mobile. In Cambridge, Ontario
