My current solution is using cloudflare warp vpn, everything works as long as the vpn is connected. See the 2 screenshots

Perfect and then when carrier's ipv6 doesn't work, should they consider to fix it?

No apparently it is using ipv6 with issue.

Some services are having issue due to PM ipv6 issue. The ticket I provided already proved it.
