I want to remove the adds on of long distance call from my package, but there is no this option to choose. Can you help?

Hi, it is not the free but add-on $15/month. The country is no longer to allow all incoming long distance calls. I have to remove it.

How can file a plead? It's hard to reach a real agent and no option can file the request.
