Am thinking it might not be allowing port to happen as plan change happened today with PM.  Will give it a couple days and try again.  Thanks for the input. 

Thanks, the new carrier has said the issue is with PM. They said the number can’t be ported.  I have another plan through them that can be. 

How do I find out if it is active?  (Recently changed the plan but  still with PM….wondering if that may be the issue?  Trying to figure it out to port number elsewhere)
