I have egyptian credit mastercard and i am at winnipeg trying to subscribe to a plan. It refuses the payment and i need to activate the line urgently. I only have my egyption mastercard.

That is not good at all. It shouldn't be correct that i have to get another credit card just to buy a phone line.
