Cannot load eSIM to new account activation

Installation failed to load eSIM now can’t use or complete activation. Tried sending a ticket and it won’t go through. Any ideas on steps to rectify?

Thank you for your response. I had to reach out to customer service as there was a glitch on their end. It took a bit of time but it worked and all is great now. Thank you again for your fulsome response.
