I need to cancel my subscription or go back to a 3g plan. I am not sure what I can do as my phone will not connect over VoLTE.If the route is to cancel, my current number is ###.###.#### and I need all fees prorated and refunded.
It is a Moto E14, checked the iemi and did not come up. I get it, the phone is incompatible with VoLTE calls even though it connects to the LTE data network, rather frustrating.
