Hi good afternoon I have two days now with the problem of receiving and sending texts can someone please please help me thanks

Here is the problem yesterday I changed phone and I transferred my number from bell I can makes call and receive call but no text Iam trying to get back to the account but seems I can’t receive text Iam lockout even from my email
